PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shielded assembly which can be assembled easily in the field, substantially covers an electric connector, and can be shielded simply, by providing a top wall having an earthed clip extending from the rear end of the top wall, and a rear wall part closed at the rear side of a connector, which can be folded. SOLUTION: A shielded assembly 10 is a housing to almost surround a modular type electrid connector 12 (where an electric cable 14 is connected to provide an RFI and EMI shielding effect), and consisting of a simple part press-processes and formed. The shielded housing 10 is formed integrally to be provide with a front side wall 30, a base wall 38, and a pair of opposing side walls 40. The pair of opposing side walls 40 are arranged on the side end edge of the base wall 38, between the front side wall 30 and the opened rear end of the assembly 10. The front side wall 30 has a pair of Y-pin tubs 32 extending to the receiving opening 18 of a plug. The housing 10 has a top wall 34 connected in a hinge form. The top wall 34 has an earthed clip 50 having a pair of climp tubs 52.
