Modifications to a machine previously described used as a compressor or a heat pump with the fitting of centring washers (ra) and (r'a') either side of a piston (PM) associated with its piston rod (T) plus coil springs (R',R). This allows, on the downward stroke, the pressurisation of the decompression chamber (C of D). Opposite the piston (PD), and on the same axis receiving the return shock wave, is placed an equilibrium chimney (CH), blocked at one end by a plate (PS') and open to the chamber (C of D). In the interior of the cylinder (CH) is a freely displaceable piston (PO) backed by springs (RR). The piston is pierced by a small conical hole (Ff), the narrow end being towards the piston (PD). These pistons (PM and PD) are connected by a system of articulating connecting rods (L,L') to an articulating lever (X) and its associated flywheel (V).
