This invention describes a self-propelled machine which can be driven in any environment inside or outside the atmosphere without fuel using electricity. The invention is characterized in that, with the aid of two rotating discs 22, 23 (figure 4) and the centrifugal reaction of a flowing liquid 27 which is ejected vertically from a fixed position onto the electrically driven internal blades 1 of the discs 22, 23, it thus achieves propulsion of the machine through space. It is also characterized in that if the position from which the liquid is ejected is changed, the course of the vehicle through space can be altered thereby achieving its steering. This invention can be used as a propulsive mechanism in any vehicle as well as a means of steering. It solves the problem of storage of fuel, especially for long journeys such as those made in interplanetary space. |
