The method includes the following stages: - a plaque is formed having a piece forming a support plate for first and second pieces, as well as their hinges and a frame which surrounds the support plate and which is connected to it by several fusible membranes(211,311); - two plates are formed each having a stop, as well as a frame which surrounds this stop and which is connected to it by several fusible membranes; - the two stop plates(2,3) are positioned on either side of the first plate(100); - the two stops(200,300) are soldered to the two movable parts(120); - the assembly thus formed is mounted on the device designed to receive the hinge, by breaking certain fusible membranes(211, 311) and by manipulating the assembly by means of a frame(210,310); - the last fusible membranes are broken and the freed frame is removed from the hinge. |
