PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold synthetic resin foam molded product such as a cushion pad like an automobile seat back pad or the like and other automobile interior materials in a manner of high expansion ratio and low density in which the generation of flashes is reduced as much as possible and mold products efficiently and with good yield. SOLUTION: A molding die is provided with a bottom force 2, a top force 3 forming a closed space between the top force and the bottom force 2 and a core 4 provided in the closed space 5, and a compartment wall 6 is so protruded as to form a very small clearance 11 on the upper face of a tool between the core and the top force, and a chamber 7 parted by the compartment wall 6 is formed. The pressure inside of the chamber is reduced, and a pressure adjustment device 21 for feeding air into the pressure-reduced chamber 7 and restoring the pressure to the atmospheric pressure is provided. The air in a cavity 8 is exhausted through the very small clearance 11, and air can be fed into the cavity 8 through the very small clearance in the constitution of the molding die. |
