PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire reel coming-off preventing mechanism for a wire saw which can surely prevent coming-off of a wire reel by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: One end of a wire reel 12 formed with a hole 12H along an axial line is connected to a turn table 44, a protrusion 44P formed therein is fitted to a lower part of the hole 12H formed in the wire reel 12, also a boss 48 removably mounted on a main unit frame of a wire saw is inserted by providing a prescribed space to an upper part of the hole 12H formed in the wire reel 12. In this way, even when connection of the turn table 44 and the wire reel 12 is disconnected, at this tumbling time, by locking the hole 12H formed in the wire reel 12 to the boss 48, the wire reel 12 is prevented from coming off from the turn table 44. |
