PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a strength of a die device from being impaired while preventing damage from occurring in molding a large fiber reinforced molded material container equipped with a peripheral fringe part. SOLUTION: A cavity 18 and an outer peripheral line 41 of a container which correspond to a peripheral fringe part 33 are formed with split dies 1, 2. Resin material oozed out to the outside of the cavity 18 from a first slide faces S1 between the split dies 1, 2 containing an outer peripheral line 41 is connected to the first slide face S1 in closing the die. The resin material is discharged into a cavity 45 which is formed outside almost around the cavity 18 to make one round. In opening the die, the split dies 1, 2 are shifted via a burr formed on the first slide face S1. Simultaneously, the split die is shifted on another second slide face S2 different form the first shift face S1, and damage of the peripheral fringe part owing to frictional force in opening the die is prevented from occurring. |
