PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the desired feel of a material without appearing excess gloss even when a sheet is molded with a bank made small by forming a bank on the inlet side of two rolls and specifying the ratio of the length of the bank contacting the rolls to the circumferential speed of the surface of the roll. SOLUTION: A resin composition in which a resin mixture containing polybutylene terephthalate and polycarbonate as main components is mixed with an inorganic filler containing barium sulfate as a main component is preferable as a raw material comprising a thermoplastic resin and the inorganic filler. An additive such as an external lubricant, an antioxidant, pigment, an ultraviolet stabilizer, and an antistatic agent is mixed as required. A bank 3 of a specified size is formed on the inlet side of two rolls 4 for solidifying the surface of a sheet 2. The size of the bank 3, the length L (cm) of the bank contacting the rolls to the circumferential speed V (m/min) of the surface of the roll, that is L/V (min/100) is controlled to be 1-10. |
