PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital data shuffling/de-shuffling system arranged for information data not to be deciphered by unspecified third party. SOLUTION: This system is arranged so that it has a means to generate plural bits of digital data to be transmitted and a same number of input terminals #1 to #8 and output terminals #11 to #18 as the number of bits to be transmitted, and is equipped with a circuit network comprising plural change- over circuits S for cross-connecting or non-cross-connecting arbitrary two lines among the plural transmission lines a1 to a8 from the input terminals #1 to #8 to the output terminals #11 to #18 and a control circuit for controlling the plural change-over circuits S, and shuffles data applied to the input terminals #1 to #8 by the control of the control circuit, to output them from the output terminals #11 to #18. |
