PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent foreign matters in lubricating oil from adhering to a collar by fixing fluorine resin on the surface of the collar slidingly touching a thrust bearing. SOLUTION: A collar 4 is constructed of a base material 20 and fluorine resin 21 arranged on the surface of the base material 20. As a loading side thrust bearing 6 is arranged one side while an unloading side thrust bearing 15 is arranged on the other side, the fluororesin 21 is arranged on both faces of the collar 4. Between the collar 4 and a lubricating oil, a fluid charging phenomenon is generated macroly, and as a result, foreign matter particles in the oil tends to adhere to the collar 4 by an electrostatic action. However, the fluororesin 21 is provided with small adhesion with the foreign matters, so that adhesion and accumulation of the foreign matters on the collar 4 is prevented. Therefore, adhesion of the foreign matters in the oil onto the collar 4 can be prevented when the fluororesin 21 is fixed on the collar 4 surface which is brought into slide contact with the land part of the thrust bearing.
