The trolley includes a pivoting device, to be pivoted around the intersection point of the symmetry axis (16) of the runway and the symmetry axis (28) of the cell in which the motor vehicle has to be loaded or unloaded, so as to bring the guiding devices along said symmetry axis of the cell so the trolley can enter it and proceed with the loading or unloading of the vehicle.
