<p>Microspheres containing immunogens by which human beings or animals can be immunized. These microspheres have a multilayered structure consisting of a core layer containing the immunogens and a number of shell layers coating this core layer and at least the outermost layer is made from an enteric substance with such a shape retention as to form a sphere at an ordinary temperature, which makes them usable as safe and stable oral vaccines administrable to human beings or animals.</p>
