The lower part has a flat shell shape which in the middle of the shell has a bush (12) with an elastic securing ring (17) in the upper area. The securing ring is connected with one or more troughs (2) which are connected radially outwards with a conical area (15). The upper part comprises a conical cover, which at the cone point contains a bush. This bush has an elastic securing device (9) towards the head (14) of a connecting bar. On the outer periphery in a radial direction and opposite is a driver (13). The connecting bar (6) has two conical (8) and two cylindrical (7) areas. The two securing devices (9,17) of the upper and lower parts (3,1) engage in a sprung and frictional manner.
