SUBSTANCE: diaryl alkanes have formula I <EMI ID=0.325 HE=21 WI=27 TI=CHI> where R is aryl, R is H, R is -BNR<SP>4</SP>R<SP>5</SP>, group where R and R is H, alkyl, or R and R together with nitrogen atom which with they are bound represent heterocyclic group comprising 3-6 ring atom and B is alkylene C<SB>2</SB>-C<SB>6</SB> group or -D-R group where D is single carbon-carbon bond or alkylene group, A is C<SB>2</SB>-C<SB>8</SB> alkylene group. Compound having formula II <EMI ID=0.326 HE=18 WI=27 TI=CHI> is used as reagent 1. Compound having formula Z-B-NR<SP>4</SP>R where Z is OH group or group enables splitting, B, R and R are as it mentioned above is used as reagent 2. Compound or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts may be used in medicine. EFFECT: improved quality.
