摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tablet-shaped reagent preparation consisting of a large number of magnetic particles having surfaces capable of substantially perfectly bonding a component in a sample and an excipient by bonding the component in the sample by using an. additive and magnetic particles with a specific particle size. SOLUTION: An essential element is magnetic particles having surfaces capable of bonding a component. As the magnetic particles, glass magnet pigment, polymer magnetic beads or other magnetic particles having an average particle size of 0.1-10μm are pref. An excipient is served in order to substantially keep a shape of a tablet, that is, in order to connect magnetic particles to form a tablet. Especially, polyethylene glycol (PEG) and polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) is pref. A reagent preparation can be produced corresponding to a medicine other than a tablet shape. In order to produce the reagent preparation, all of essential components are sufficiently mixed and the resulting mixture is formed into a tablet by a tablet press. Or, a definite amt. of a dry component mixture is granulated by using a dissolving soln. and, after the liquid is re-recovered, granules are passed through a sieve to obtain a constant particle size.
