A screen (10) is used to display an access selection form (11) and a memory (21) contains information for creating several selection forms (11, 17, 18...). Means are provided for producing selection signals (24) which identify each of the boxes on the selection form, and a decision device (22) is connected to produce a selection recording signal (26) in response to a selection signal which identifies a first category of services, and to produce a step change signal (27) in response to a selection signal which identifies any one of several second categories of services, said step change signal being used to call up a new selection form (e.g. 17, 18) of the memory (21) so that this new selection form is displayed on the screen (10). |
