The multilayered resin sheet, having a glossy surface, for an inner cabinet of a refrigerator consists of two kinds of ABS resin and SAN resin. The ABS resin contains 20-45 wt.% acrylonitrille of matrix, 150,000-300,000 average mol. wt. and 10-20 wt.% rubber. The SAN resin contains 20-30 wt.% acrylonitrille and 100,000-200,000 average mol. wt. The thickness of the SAN resin in the sheet is about 1-5% of the total thickness of the sheet.
