摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent shortage of lubricating oil pressure supplied to a hydraulic driving device provided in a lubricating circuit in a condition in which an oil temperature of lubricating oil in an internal combustion engine is high and the number of engine revolutions is low, and prevent generation of any trouble in a condition in which lubricating oil. is supplied to a lubricated position. SOLUTION: This lubricating circuit is provided with a hydraulic driving oil passage which is branched in a branch part arranged on the way of a lubricating oil passage, and for supplying a part of lubricating oil to at least one of a hydraulic driving device. In this case, in oil pressure control device is inserted in a lubricating oil passage 18 in series toward a lubricated position formed downstream from the branch part. In an oil pressure control valve 22, an inlet passage 36, an outlet passage 37, a bulk head 38, a cylinder chamber 35 are formed in a valve housing 25, and a diaphragm valve 26 and a spring 27 for energizing the diaphragm valve 26 are simultaneously assembled in the cylinder chamber 35 by screwing a cap 24. A bypass oil passage which is communicated at all times is formed in a space around the valve housing 25.
