An apparatus for planning therapy for a human eye includes a dynamic wavefront measurement device for acquiring wavefront data, a diagnostic device for determining geometric parameters of the optical apparatus of the eye, a controller for consistent superposition of the wavefront and geometric data, and an additional controller for planning the most efficient therapeutic laser cutting paths.
