The flexible capillary tubes evolve into a second parallel supply conduit. On a moulding plate (13) provided with a longitudinal movement drive, a first fixed strip (15) is provided with crossways running laterally spaced parallel templet channels. The first strip is connected ahead of a pivotable second strip, on which a removable weight bar (26) can be applied in the longitudinal direction crossways to the template channels (17). The first and second strips are provided with rounded formations in the base of the templet channels similar to the diameter and radius of the capillary tubes. A hand roller is used to press inwards a distance holder on the parallel directed capillary tubes.
