PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a gradient coil generating no troubles caused by the thermal expansion of the heated coil. SOLUTION: An inner layer 1 of a bobbin is formed inside a gradient coil and first intermediate layers 41, 42 of a member having the coefficient of thermal expansion of value intermediate the coefficients of thermal expansion of the coil and the inner surface of the bobbin are formed on the inner surface layer 10 of the bobbin. Further, the first intermediate layers 41, 42 are formed with coils 21, 22 and second intermediate layers 51, 52 of a member having the coefficient of thermal expansion of a value intermediate the coefficients of thermal expansion of the coil and the outer surface layer of the bobbin are formed on the coil and the outer surface layer 30 of the bobbin is formed on the second intermediate layers. |
