摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to press a chamfering tool or the like against a work with a predetermined contact pressure by detecting the pressing force of a chamfering tool against the work without feeding back the force to the control unit for a robot. SOLUTION: A device which is mounted on an automatic machine work means such as an articulated robot to be used comprises machining means 11 which is held by a supporter 12 in a state in which a pressing force due to the dead weight does not act on the machining part, constant torque imparting means 16 which rotates the machining means 11 in a predetermined direction in a state in which a pressing force due to the dead weight does not act on the machining part 11d and a mounting member 20 to a robot arm R which holds the constant torque imparting means 16. The machining means 11 is rotated in a predetermined direction with a constant torque provided by the constant torque imparting means 16 to press the machining part 11d such as the cutting edge of the machining means 11 against the work to effect machining.
