The present invention provides as new industrial product, an eggplant with sea salt based-composition, which can be used per se, or in combination with vehicles, carriers or other pharmaceutically acceptable ingredients; this composition has interesting properties in various applications, for example in mouth toothpaste and rinses, as congestion relievers or disinfectant. It also provides a process to prepare composition.
