PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method and device being capable of forming a high resolution image at a high speed and further with high reliability and less power consumption. SOLUTION: A developer 20 whose surface tension is changed by irradiation with light is used. The developer 20 is supplied to the surface of a developing roller 2 capable of keeping the developer 20 on the surface and the surface of the developing roller 2 keeping the developer 20 is selectively irradiated with the light, based on image information, to form a latent image. Then, the latent image is transferred to a recording material 8, to be formed as a visible image. |
