<p>A windshield wiper support structure, or harness, is proposed which is suitable to provide a firm pressing force for wiping curved windshields, and in which the blade rubber (32) is easily replaceable. The support harness comprises a primary yoke (22), coupled at a central portion to the wiper arm (20), and being coupled at each end to the central portion of a secondary yoke (24). The outer end of each secondary yoke (24) is coupled to a tertiary yoke (25). Each end of the tertiary yokes (25), and the inner ends of the secondary yoke (24) are provided with claws (27) which grip onto a flexible channel-section blade rubber holder (50). The blade rubber holder (50) is provided with means (53) to lock the blade rubber (32) in position. <IMAGE></p> |
