Problems: to safely and easily dismantle tanks or the like and perform operations efficiently in a short time and greatly promote improvement of safety and labor saving. Solving Means: a work vehicle (3) mounting thereto an attachment (1) having an openable blade capable of performing drilling and cutting actions makes an opening (10a) in a side of a tank (10), makes cutting in the side of the tank (10) with the opening (10a) as a starting point, removes cut pieces to enlarge the opening (10a), supports a portion of the tank (10) above the opening (10a) before the tank (10) buckles, makes cutting in the side of the tank (10), and removes cut pieces to enlarge the opening (10a); then a work vehicle (4) adjusts a support force for the tank (10) making use of a deadweight of an upper portion of the tank (10) to have the tank (10) buckle, and the tank (10) after buckling is subjected to disposal by the work vehicle (3) and the work vehicle (4). |
