PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation measuring device capable of reducing the time and work used for adjusting work of parameters and stabilizing the adjusting accuracy unnecessary of expertise and experience by automatically performing the setting of discrimination voltage and adjusting pole zero. SOLUTION: With a radiation measuring device 1 used for radiation measurement by comparing detection signal converted from the output signal of a radiation detector 2 and the discrete voltage for noise removal and counting normal signal exceeding the discrete voltage in the detection signal, noise distribution in the same polarity side as the normal signal is predicted from the noise distribution in the opposite polarity side to the normal signal from the center of the reference level of the detection signal and the discrete voltage is optimized based on the predicted noise distribution.
