摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive device by providing a frequency variable circuit on a trigger signal generation circuit of a detection device having a pulse lighting light source to irradiate a sample and its power source, and the trigger signal generation circuit to reduce the back ground noise. SOLUTION: A flash lamp generates the light (pulse lighting) in severalμseconds delayed from generation of the trigger signal by driving a flash lamp light generating circuit comprising a lamp power source, etc. A sample is irradiated with the light (excitation light), and the fluorescent substance in the sample generates the fluorescence (fluorescent pulse), which is received by a fluorescent detection sensor, and outputted as the electric pulse. Its output signal passes through its circuit and is transmitted to an integration circuit only when a gate circuit is open. The 'deviation (lighting delay time)' from generation of the trigger signal to the flash light lighting is fluctuated for each trigger signal, and the gate signal generation circuit is constituted so that the output signal from the fluorescence detection sensor can pass the gate circuit even when the deviation is fluctuated.
