PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform miniaturization and to improve performance without using a capacitor requiring fine setting and an inductance by providing an area for not executing an external electrode on one side face parallel to the center conductor of a dielectric resonator and magnetically distributing and coupling the resonator and a microstrip line through the part. SOLUTION: By providing the dielectric substrate 11 of a dielectric constantεr1 lower than the dielectric constantεr2 of a dielectric 21 between the dielectric 21 for constituting the dielectric resonator 2 and a line conductor 12 for forming the microstrip line 1, for the coupling of the center conductor 23 of the dielectric resonator 2 and the microstrip line 1, while magnetic field coupling is hardly affected, electric field coupling is substantially reduced and the magnetic field coupling is obtained. Then, since coupling strength is changed by the position and direction relation of the center conductor 23 of the dielectric resonator 2 and the line conductor 12 of the microstrip line 1, adjustment is made possible by the position and the direction.
