A valve system (2) is incorporated into the spray can, blocking the tubes delivering paint and propellent gas to the original spray valve (3). The locking valve (6) preventing the can from being used can only be removed by an authorised person using a special electromagnet tool (11). Activation of the magnet with a dc current generates a pulse in a magnetic plate mounted in the valve system, causing the locking cylinder to move into its bottom position and open the paint and propellent delivery tubes. |
