PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an efficient operation of a network management system by sharing management information specialized for each domain in common and having required intelligence to adjust the management system in the case of revising management information in common. SOLUTION: Servers 303, 313 for each management domain store management information sets 117, 125 changing with a state of a network resource and task information sets 203, 222 specifying series operation to management information while separating them into standardized parts and specialized parts for each domain (PIM), the PIM is sent to terminals 301, 302 and the PIM is acquired from other domain. A man-machine interface based on the management information and the task information coupling the PIM of other domain acquired as above with the management information and task information standardized over each domain.
