PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system which improves the communication efficiency up to transmission completion of transmission data and has a high total throughput. SOLUTION: When receiving a packet P1 (2), a repeater station transmits the received packet P1 to a slave station (3). A master station recognizes that the outputted packet P1 has been received by the repeater station and stops further transmission of the same packet P1 (5). If the slave station cannot accurately receive the transmitted packet P1 (6), the repeater station repeatedly transmits the packet P1 to the slave station until receiving an Ack signal indicating acknowledgment of transmission from the slave station (7). When receiving the packet P1 from the repeater station, the slave station transmits the Ack signal to the repeater station (8). When receiving the Ack signal from the slave station (9), the repeater station stops repeated transmission of the packet P1. |
