SYNTHETIC VOICE GENERATING METHOD AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a synthetic voice signal having expected satisfactory phonemes from a filter for synthetic voice generation by properly obtain voice spectral parameter control information to be obtained while using sound adjusting organ movement locus information controlling the filter for synthetic voice generation. SOLUTION: A preliminary prepared table holding consummation information among position information for reference expressing sound adjusting organ positions for reference and voice spectral parameter information for reference expressing voice spectral parameters for reference at the sound adjusting organ positions for reference is used in this device. Then prescribed voice spectral parameter information for reference are generated by using Unclid distances among sound adjusting organ positions expressed by sound adjusting organ position information and positions for reference expressed by position information for reference of the combination information for reference and these parameter information are generated as the voice spectral parameter control information.
