PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influences of vibrations generated from bubbles and a freezer by using a damping material at a propagation part of vibrations. SOLUTION: Vibrations generated at a compressor, etc., are attenuated by a detector joint pipe 1 using a damping material, thereby reducing microphonic noises. A material for the damping material is preferably superior in processability and weldability to keep vacuum and meet various shapes. Therefore, an alloy of a composition Mn-20Cu-5Ni-2Fe(atm.%) of a one-piece structure is used as the material for the damping material. The damping material restricts vibrations resulting from the generation of nitrogen bubbles, driving of a freezer, etc., not to propagate to a detector, and accordingly the deterioration of energy resolution due to microphonic noises is reduced. Accuracy for qualitative and quantitative analyses at nuclear reactor-related facilities, accelerator-related facilities, medical equipment, analyzing equipment and nuclear physical, space physical, industrial instrumentation, etc., using radioactive rays is improved.
