The plate (1) is rotatably located on a vertical shaft (3). The layer (2) is connected with a two contact (4) connected to the plate (1) and to an earth conduit. The two contact locates against an electrically conductive component (7) arranged on the plate underside, which is connected with the layer (2) on the top side of the plate. The electrically conductive component consists of a metal plate (7) connected via a contact plate (8) with the layer (2) on the top side of the plate. The plate (1) is provided with three or more support components (9), which supports the plate against a base over which it is placed. The support components (9) rest against a plate (6) to which are fastened the vertical shaft (3) and the tow contact (4). |
