An insulating body with damp-inhibiting surface is formed with two hooks (7, 9) open in the same direction. Between the hooks, in another direction, is an open hook (8) and fixtures (10, 11) for a wire stirrup of electrically conductive material. Narrow ridges (5, 6) are provided for clamping an elastic line between two flanges (3, 4). Between the two hooks a further hook (8) is open in the direction of a fixture screw (1) for the universal component. The flanges act as moisture inhibitors. |
