The holder has a support (5) which can be held against a projecting wall by a fixture (3,4). Another fixture (6) attaches the rod (2) to the support part. The fixture has a holding piece (8). This piece can be pushed against the elasticity of a spring (7) to clamp the rod against the support part. The spring may be a coil compression spring between an abutment and the holding piece.
