PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stray light preventing film light in weight and having flexibility and high heat insulating property by subjecting a titanium film to blackening treatment to form a matted face. SOLUTION: A titanium film 1 is subjected to blackening treatment to have an effect to prevent stray light. The titanium film 1 is stuck on required positions to an aluminum film having a metallic gloss surface with a tape 4 having adhesion property. The aluminum film 2 is stuck to a one-side aluminum vapor-deposited polyimide film 3 with the adhesive tape 4 on its aluminum vapor-deposited surface side. The non vapor-deposited side of the film 3 is used as the contact face with the base material to be covered with the stray light preventing film. Since the aluminum 2 and the reflectance of the aluminum vapor-deposited surface of the polyimide film 3 is almost 1, thus the heat entering the titanium film 1 is suppressed from being conducted to the non- deposited side of the polyimide film 3 to reduce the heat conduction to the base material. |
