PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the resonance of the image read unit caused by a vibrating frequency of a vibrating source of an image recording unit and interposition of a damper by specifying the resonance frequency obtained by a mass of an image read unit and an elastic coefficient of the damper. SOLUTION: A damper 450 is interposed to prevent delivery of vibration caused between a scanner section SCN and a printer section PRT. The elasticity of the damper 450 is set so that a frequency fscn of the resonance caused by the inertia between the damper 450 and the scanner section SCN supported by the damper 450 is not in matching with a vibrating frequency fprt of the printer section PRT, that is, fprt≠fscn=1/2π(Kdump/Mscn)<1/2> , where Kdump is an elastic coefficient of the damper and Mscn is a mass of the scanner section. Resonance frequencies fscn(Mscn(1)) to fscn(Mscn(n)) are found depending on the number of options and all of them are set not in matching with the fprt.
