The system has modules (4) which can be attached to the pelvic cup (3) which enable individual matching of the combination of pelvic cup and one or more modules to the pelvic situation uncovered during the operation. The modules can be attached to the pelvic cup in a stable manner before implantation of the entire combination, after implantation of the pelvic cup or even during primary implantation.
