FIELD: traumatology. SUBSTANCE: in case of rupture of sinews of brachial biceps, canal under sinew of greater thoracic muscle is formed to lead detached sinew through it. Sinew is then stretched in bending position of ulnar joint at angle 90 deg. and sutured "to itself" in the form of loop. EFFECT: improved fixation of restored sinew with no harm to ulnar joint. 2 dwgn
