摘要 FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of butene-1, linear -C<SB>4</SB>-C<SB>30</SB>-alpha-olefins (LAO) and other products soluble in reaction medium using complex organometallic catalysts. Method involves deactivation of these catalysts used for di- or oligomerization of ethylene to linear alpha-olefins by mixing reaction mass at outlet of reactor and containing solvent, LAO and "living" catalyst with metal hydroxide solution in proton-containing solvent, for example, water, alcohol or ammonia at 60-80 C and under pressure of ethylene 2-4 MPa at an additional intensification of mixing by treatment of a mixture by ultrasolic oscillation; isolation of proton-containing solvent from reaction mass by distillation off and its recovery to cycle; the following separation of reaction mass for fractions and isolation deactivated catalyst together with wax-like LAO from the last separating column as a vat residue; isolation of deactivated catalyst from a vat residue by extraction of wax-like LAO with hydrocarbon solvent, inertion-gravitation precipitation of deactivated catalyst from hydrocarbon extract and the following high-temperature oxidative mineralization of isolated deactivated catalyst; isolation of wax-like LAO from extract containing hydrocarbon solvent and wax-like LAO by distillation off hydrocarbon solvent that is recovered to cycle also.
