PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small RF power distributor which can variably be adjusted when an outer condition fluctuates and which can easily measure an output signal by constituting aλ/4 transmission line by means of an equivalent circuit constituted of coils and capacitors. SOLUTION: One input port IP1 and first and second output ports OP1 and OP2 are provided. A strip transmission line 10 is connected to the input port IP1. The coil 22 and a strip transmission line 12 are connected in series between the strip transmission line 10 and the output port OP1, and the coil 24 and a strip transmission line 14 between the strip transmission line 10 and the output port OP2. The capacitor 34 is connected between the connection point of the coils 22 and 24 and ground. A resistance 16 is connected between the connection point of the coil 22 and the strip transmission line 12 and that of the coil 24 and the strip transmission line 14. The capacitor 36 is connected to the resistor 16 in parallel. The coils 22 and 24 are air-core coils and are variable adjusting points against the fluctuation of the outer condition.
