PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin molded product and a manufacturing apparatus therefor wherein the resin molded product in which a mesh-shaped small diameter porous part is shapedly provided can be integrally simply molded without generating a plane burr. SOLUTION: In a molding method wherein molten resin is fed between a pair of a fixed mold 11 and a movable mold 13, and the molten resin is press molded by clossing the movable mold to the fixed mold, a core part 24 is projected to the movable mold side laying a plurality of small diameter columnar components 22 arranged by separating at specific gaps between the core part 24 capable of projecting to the movable mold side formed to a part of the fixed mold, the molten resin is fed into a vacant space 19 formed between the fixed mold and the movable mold. The movable mold is closed to the fixed mold, the molten resin is pressed, and the core part is retreated with press pressure in pressing, the molten resin is pressed, and the resin molded product wherein a mesh shaped small diameter porous part is partially shapedly provided, is obtained. |
