PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove protein-bonded toxin by forming a biologically compatible supporting material of a plastic material which is selected from a prescribed group, such as polyacrylate, polysulfone, has amine or amide and is coated with a covalent bond by albumin and peptide bonding. SOLUTION: A plastic bead 10 is formed of the plastic material selected from the polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, polysulfone and polyether sulfone. This plastic bead 10 is covalent coated with the albumin 12 of the human body aminated and purified by a coupler reactant and is packed into a column. The blood is perfused in an arrow a direction into this column. As a result, the toxin 14 of the toxin-bond or albumin-bond flows along the coated surface of the plastic bead 10 and the albumin 12 absorbs the toxin 14. The toxin is thus effectively removed. |
