PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the access to a ring anode by providing such a structure as to enclose the anode by a solenoid coil consisting of a plurality of detachable coil parts. SOLUTION: A coil 9 is arranged in the notch part of a core 10, and the core 10 is provided on both sides of an electron beam 2. The core 10 is enclosed by a coil 11, and the coil 11 deflects the electron beam 2 toward a ring anode l. In order to compensate the spatial charge, or keep the section of the electron beam 2 constant over the whole orbit, the orbit is enclosed by a solenoid coil 16. The solenoid coil 16 for enclosing the whole orbit of the electron beam 2 has an U-shaped yoke 18, and the ends of the yoke 18 are mutually connected through a connecting part 19 in such a manner as to be conductively connectable. The connecting part 19 is removable by screws 20 so as to allow the access to the ring anode 1. |
