This invention belongs to the branch of wastewater purification biotechnologies. The proposed method includes the selection of the optimal approximate speed for the movement of wastewaters 0.2-0.3 m/sec., the mixing process of the substrate is intensified. The extraction process of the active anaerobic sludge consists of two parts, the speed in the first part is greater than the speed in the second part, the ratio between these speeds is 1.5:1.0 and the overpressure must be 1.9-2.0 kPa. The device for implementing the method consists of the bioreactor housing, secondary sump, which consists of a housing and inner barriers, bottom part, fixation elements and mechanical mixer, purified waste water supply pipeline, separation pipeline for the active anaerobic sludge and the feedback pipeline of the active anaerobic sludge to the bioreactor, pipeline for the separation of biogas, pipeline for the separation of precipitates, pressure measuring device and safety valve. |
