The pipe clip (1) has a foot (3) and resilient clip wings (13,14) made of injection molded plastics with pivot joints (10,11) made of a different plastics. The pivot joints are made and placed in the injection mold and a composite molding is produced with the foot and clip wings secured to the pivot joints. When pressed into the pipe clip the pipe (2) is held by the clip wings closing over the pipe and secured by latch hook ends (17,18) formed on the ends of the clip wings.
