SUBSTANCE: film-forming varnish of polymer-bitumen mastic comprises varnish based on stillage residues resulting from styrene rectification, the ratio of components being as follows (wt %): 5-20 bitumen; 3 styrene-butadiene latex; 2 rubber crumb; 75-90 varnish.
