FIELD: mechanical engineering; hot moulding of outlet hole neck from thermoplastic sheet material. SUBSTANCE: in process of hot moulding screw cap (closing part) is used as moulding member. Device has moulding arrangement, transfer member in form of tube and dividing ring lying outside transfer tube and made of flexible pliable material. Neck ring groove is formed between upper side of packing and closing part. EFFECT: enhanced quality of outlet hole neck. 4 cl, 2 dwg
